Finished Site

My Site. On the site there is only 5 projects. This was to avoid showing inconsistent work, it was tempting to want to include everything I’ve done in my portfolio.

As a potential client, the question I’m trying to answer when I’m browsing your portfolio is “can I count on this designer to do great work for me?”. If I had a vast array of work varying in quality and vision then maybe this would put me as a unaccomplished and unsure designer.

One factor which did annoy me about format, was the inability to use a simple grid structure for creating a general uniform for my site. Another being that here is limited 'gallery' page layouts which give you little options. They do offer dynamic layouts for for the 'gallery' but using any will look out of place when put together with the rest of the pages.

Overall I managed to create a website for myself in one 9-10 hour day, which I think shows how simple the site is.

In the future I would like to code my own site so that it does have all the factors I want.
